The Hypo Real Estate Foundation is incorporated under civil law with registered office in Munich. Its pursuits are solely charitable. It supports concerts, exhibitions and competitions. In addition, the foundation has made a name for itself throughout Germany with its renowned Architecture Prize for exemplary commercial buildings.The Hypo Real Estate Foundation supports projects exclusively in the Federal Republic of Germany, focussing mainly on:
- First-class projects in the fields of classical music and the visual arts;
- Young individual artists or communities of artists who have already established a name for themselves with other prizes;
- Artistic projects (exhibitions) from the real estate sector.
