Debt Investor Relations

Refinancing of Hypo Pfandbrief Bank International is based primarily on a diversified cover fund of high quality. It is used as the basis for issuing its public Pfandbriefe (Lettre de Gage Publique). It also issues unsecured bonds and Schuldscheine.

It offers standardised documentation with its DIP and ECP programs. Further details of the programs are set out in the following.

DIP-Program Hypo Pfandbrief Bank International was the first Luxemburg issuer of Lettre de Gage to launch a Debt Issuance Program in mid 2000. The program has a volume of EUR 15 billion.

ECP Program Hypo Pfandbrief Bank International is the first Luxemburg issuer of Lettre de Gage to launch a European Commercial Paper Program in January 2001. The first tranche with a volume of EUR 1 billion was issued to Morgan Stanley.
