Portfolio loans

Hypo Real Estate Bank AG also provides professional support to its customers for portfolio financing. Together with its customers, it develops individual solution-based concepts and also provides support in bidder procedures.

In addition to financing asset deals for large commercial or residential portfolios, the bank also finances share deals in which the focus is on real estate portfolios. Hypo Real Estate Bank also offers structured financing for public to private companies as well as for sale and lease back transactions.

The cashflow-based financing can comprise senior, junior and mezzanine tranches, and in general is supplemented by derivative hedging products in order to enable optimum flexibility to be provided for the business planning of customers.
