Hypo Real Estate Bank International provided €50 million overall financing including an investment facility, VAT-bridge loan and payment guarantee facility to Société de la Tour Eiffel. The facility will be used by Société de la Tour Eiffel to guarantee and finance, upon completion, the acquisition of “Porte des Lilas” from Nexity.
