European Commercial Paper Program (ECP)
Hypo Pfandbrief Bank International is the first Luxemburg issuer of Lettre de Gage to launch a European Commercial Paper Program (ECP) in January 2001. The first tranche with a volume of EUR 1 billion was issued to Morgan Stanley.Dealers under the programme are: Barclays Capital, HypoVereinsbank, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank London, Goldman Sachs International, Morgan Stanley and Hypo Pfandbrief Bank International S.A.
By using this ECP-Program, Hypo Pfandbrief Bank International can offer to investors short-term issues up to one year.
Combined with the DIP-Program, Hypo Pfandbrief Bank International can present issues to investors over the whole yield curve in various currencies.
