Hypo Real Estate Group is offering the opportunity to exceptionally talented and ambitious university graduates including those with relevant professional experience to join our International Graduate Trainee Programme.

The Programme

Trainees will participate in an individually tailored 18 month programme which will be designed to provide them with a thorough understanding of the full business lifecycle of real estate transactions or public finance and capital markets business. The programme structure is flexible and will consist of on-the-job training with a number of placements in different business areas across the Group. At least one placement will be spent in one of our international locations. Throughout the programme, support will be provided by Group Human Resources, management and an assigned mentor to determine strengths and areas of special interest with a view to a final job placement.

Your Profile

  • You have a strong interest in the fields of international real estate finance, public finance or capital markets
  • You have an open and flexible attitude and are eager to work in a dynamic and stimulating environment
  • You are mobile, independent, able to work in teams and performance-oriented
  • You have completed a university-level degree (in a business-related subject) with above-average results
  • You have relevant international experience as a result of studying/working abroad
  • You have an excellent command of English and at least one other language that is relevant for our business; e.g. employment in Germany would require fluency in German
